摘　　要：目前北京市第二次全国地名普查已经进入成果转化利用阶段。根据民政部要求,结合北京市实际情况,北京市地普办基于地名普查成果进行信息化系统的建设,满足普查成果的信息化共享。本文基于第二次全国地名普查数据建库与管理软件设计规范,研究了北京市区划地名信息社会服务平台系统的数据库建设流程,以及相关的数据体系和规范标准,为地名普查成果转化信息化建设提供了数据库建设思路,实现了成果转化利用。At present,the second national survey of geographic names in Beijing has entered the stage of transformation and utilization of results.According to the requirements of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and based on the actual situation of Beijing,the second national survey of geographic names Leading Group Office builds an information system based on the results of geographical names census to meet the information sharing of the results.Based on the database construction and management software design specification of the second national survey of geographic names,this paper studies the database construction process of the information social service platform system of regional and geographic names in Beijing,as well as the relevant data system and standard,and provides a database construction idea for the informationization construction of the results of the survey of geographic names,and realizes the transformation and utilization of the results.
