摘　　要：目的分析孕妇口腔健康相关生活质量水平,探讨影响因素。方法采用随机抽样法选取2019年1-3月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院进行产前检查的508例孕妇为研究对象。采用孕妇口腔健康相关生活质量影响因素问卷和口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-14中文版)进行调查,通过单因素分析和多元逐步回归分析孕妇口腔健康相关生活质量的影响因素。结果孕妇的OHIP-14总分为(10.93±7.77)分,文化程度、牙科治疗焦虑、是否及时就诊、DMFT、牙龈出血与孕妇口腔健康相关生活质量相关。结论孕妇的口腔健康相关生活质量处于一般水平,有待提高,口腔健康状况也有待改善。提高孕妇的口腔生活质量需要加大口腔健康知识的宣传力度,指导孕妇建立正确的口腔健康行为,建议将口腔检查纳入孕前常规检查中。Objective To analyze the level of oral health-related life quality,explore the influencing factors. Methods A total of508 pregnant women undergoing prenatal examination in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from Janaury to March in2019 were selected by random sampling method. A questionnaire about oral health-related life quality influencing factors of pregnant women and Oral Health Impact Profile( OHIP-14,Chinese version) were used to survey the pregnant women,univariate analysis and multivariate stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of oral health-related life quality of pregnant women. Results The total score of OHIP-14 was( 10. 93±7. 77),educational level,dental anxiety,seeing a doctor in time or not,DMFT,bleeding gums were related to oral health-related life quality of pregnant women. Conclusion Oral health-related life quality of pregnant women is at a general level,oral health-related life quality and oral health status need to be improved. To improve oral health-related life quality of pregnant women,more efforts should be made to publicize oral health knowledge,guide pregnant women to establish correct oral health behaviors,and it is suggested to include oral examination as a routine item in routine pre-pregnancy examination.
