摘　　要：本文通过分析国际市场ABCP发展情况,以美国为例,介绍美国ABCP发展情况、监管规则及存在问题,总结我国ABCP创新路径与市场实践,结合交易商协会创新推出ABCP及首批项目案例,对我国ABCP未来发展提出建议。By analyzing the development of ABCP in the international market this paper introduces the development,regulatory rules and existing problems of ABCP in The United States,summarizes the innovation path and market practice of ABCP in China,and proposes suggestions for the future development of ABCP in China by combining the innovative launch of ABCP and the first batch of project cases by NAFMII.
