摘 要:建立一种同时测定66%丁草胺·解草啶乳油中有效成分含量的气相色谱分析方法。使用HP-5熔融石英毛细管柱(15 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)和FID检测器,以磷酸三苯酯为内标物,对丁草胺及其安全剂解草啶(4,6-二氯-2-苯基嘧啶)试样进行气相色谱分离和定量分析。结果表明,丁草胺和解草啶的线性相关系数都为0.9999;标准偏差分别为0.25和0.024;变异系数分别为0.41%和0.39%;回收率分别在99.27%~100.57%和98.89%~100.61%。该方法操作简单,精密度和准确度均满足要求,线性关系好,适用于66%丁草胺·解草啶乳油产品的定量分析。Establish a method to detect the active ingredients of butachlor·fenclorim 66%EC with one column under the same GC condition.Separation and quantitative analysis of butachlor·fenclorim 66%EC by GC with HP-5 capillary column and FID detector was carried out using internal standard method.The experiment results showed that the linear correlation coefficients were 0.9999,the standard deviations were 0.25 and 0.024,the coefficients of variation were 0.41%and 0.39%,the average recoveries were 99.27%~100.57%and 98.89%~100.61%for butachlor and fenclorim.The method was simple with the satisfactory precision and accuracy.There was a good linear relationship between the concentrations of the active ingredients and their response values,indicating that the method was suitable for analysis of butachlor·fenclorim 66%EC.
