摘　　要：科技查新作为国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,查新质量对科技创新至关重要。介绍了影响科技查新质量的主要因素,重点就如何确定恰当的查新点进行了实例分析。针对信息化高速发展的新局面,提出科技查新工作的服务方式应与客户的需求紧密结合,根据企业客户的不同需求提供有针对性的服务,并重点介绍了专利检索、定题检索、标准查新服务方式。As an important part of the national science and technology innovation system,the quality of novelty search is very important to scientific and technological innovation.Literature,this paper introduces the main factors affecting the quality of science and technology novelty search,the key is how to determine the appropriate novelty search points to the instance analysis.For informatization rapid development of the new situation,the science and technology novelty search services should be closely integrated with the needs of customers,according to the different needs of enterprise customers to provide targeted services,and mainly introduced the patent retrieval,sdi retrieval and standards novelty retrieval service mode.
