摘 要:为解决当前塔式谷物烘干机烘干谷物破碎率高、清洁度差等问题,设计一套用于35 t塔式谷物烘干机的气力输送系统,该系统可实现湿粮的装载入塔、烘干后粮食的卸载出塔以及烘干塔内部粮食的循环提升等工艺流程,并通过计算完成主要设备选型,选用Φ1500 mm的标准型旋风分离器和Φ750 mm的除尘器两级分离,保证烘干塔内谷物的清洁度,选用每转容积50 L的星型定量卸料器,并采用"V"型叶片设计,实现谷物的定量供给和防挤压破碎。计算输送系统理论风机风量1.485 m^3/s,风机压力1.93×10~4 Pa,完成风机选型。通过整机测试,气力输送系统平均提升能力37.3 t/h,满足设计要求,玉米烘干破碎率2.69%,优于国家标准。In order to solve the problems of high breakage rate and poor cleanness of tower grain dryer currently,it was designd a pneumatic conveying system suitable for the tower grain dryer,which included the process of loading wet grain into the tower,unloaded the grain after drying and circulated lifting inside the drying tower.The standard cyclone with a diameter of 1500 mm and the dust collector with a diameter of 750 mm were selected for two-stage separation to ensure the cleanness of grains in the drying tower.The star type quantitative discharger with a volume of 50 L/r per revolution was selected,and the"V"blade design was adopted to realize the quantitative supply of grains and prevent breakage.The theoretical fan volume was 1.485 m^3/s,the pressure of the conveying system was 1.93×10~4 Pa,and based on calculated data completing the fan selection.Through the test of the grain dryer,the average lifting capacity of the pneumatic conveying system was 37.3 t/h,which met the design requirements.The breakage rate of corn was 2.69%,which is better than the national standard.
