摘  要:为解决沙棘枝果速冻后结块,阻塞脱果机的问题,设计一款新的沙棘预破碎装置。根据生产需要设计出该装置的整体结构,主要对传动系统、破碎刀片的数量和排列方式进行设计。利用ANSYS对刀辊进行有限元分析,结果表明,刀辊的最大变形量为0.0049 mm;其最大应力为21.191 MPa远小于刀辊的最低屈服极限235 MPa,说明刀辊的强度和刚度都满足要求。根据刀辊前6阶模态分析情况,刀辊的工作转速360 r/min远小于安全转速47812.5 r/min,不会发生共振现象。试验结果表明,当沙棘预破碎装置的刀辊转速为360 r/min时,工作性能稳定,整机作业时间降低至4.1 min,脱果率可达87.1%,破损率降低至8.8%。In order to solve the problem that quick freezing sea-buckthorn branches and fruits cake and block the threshing machine,a new pre-crushing device was designed.According to the production requirements,the whole structure of the device was designed,mainly the transmission system,the number and the arrangement of the crushing blades were designed.The cutting roller were analyzed by finite element method using ANSYS.The results showed that the maximum deformation of the cutting roller was 0.0049 mm,and the maximum stress was 21.191 MPa,which was far less than the minimum yield limit of the 235 MPa,it was indicated that the strength and stiffness of the cutting rollers met the requirement.According to the modal analysis of the first 6 steps of the cutting roller,the working speed 360 r/min of the cutting roller was far less than the safe speed 47812.5 r/min,and there was no resonance phenomenon.The experiment results showed that when the speed of the cutting roller of sea-buckthorn pre-crushing device was 360 r/min,the working performance was stable,the working time of the whole machine was reduced to 4.1 min,the rate of fruit removal was 87.1%,and the rate of crushing was declined to 8.8%.
