摘  要:目的本文通过测定及分析胎盘特异性蛋白1(placenta-specifieprotein1,PLAC1)在胎儿生长受限(fetal growth rstriction,FGR)孕妇胎盘和外周血中的异常表达情况,对其意义进行探讨。方法选择嘉兴市妇幼保健院2017年4月-2020年1月住院分娩的FCR孕妇40例作为FGR组,同期住院分娩的40例正常孕妇作为对照组。测量胎盘厚度、胎盘质量、新生儿体重。采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)测定胎盘和外周血中PLACI mRNA水平。采用1检验分析2组之间各指标的差异,采用Pearson分析指标之间的相关性。结果FGR组胎盘厚度、胎盘质量、新生儿体重均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。FGR组胎盘中PLAC1 mRNA水平(0.47±0.09)低于对照组(1.00±0.07,1=29.399,P<0.05),外周血中PLAC1 mRNA水平(1.54±0.11)高于对照组(1.00±0.08,t=25.109,P<0.05)。FGR孕妇胎盘PLAC1 mRNA水平与胎盘厚度胎盘质量、新生儿体重均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。FGR孕妇外周血中PLACI mRNA水平与胎盘厚度、胎盘质量、新生儿体重均呈负相关(均P<0.05)。FGR孕妇胎盘PLAC1 mRNA水平与外周血中PLACI mRNA水平呈负相关(r=-0.602,P<0.001)。结论检测胎盘及外周血中PLACImRNA的水平,可一定程度上反映FGR的严重程度。Objective To detect the abnormal expression of placenta-specific protein 1(PLAC1)of patient with fetal growth restriction(FCR),and discuss its sigificance.Methods Forty FGR pregnant women who were hospitalized and delivered in Jiaxing Materal and Child Health Hospital from April 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the FGR group,and 40 normal pregnant women who were hospitalized and delivered during the same period were selected as the control group.The placental thickness,placental mass and neonatal weight were measured.Reverse transcription.polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)was used to determine PLACI mRNA levels in placenta and peripheral blood.The 1-ltest was used to analyze the differences of the indicators between the two groups.Correlation between indicators was analyzed using Pearson.Results The placental thickness,placental mass and neonatal weight in the FCR group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The level of PLAC1 mRNA in the placenta of the FGR group(0.47±0.09)were lower than that of the control group(1.00±0.07),1=29.399,P<0.05.The level of PLACI mRNA in the peripheral bood of the FGR group(1.54±0.11)was higher than that of the control group(1.00±0.08),1=25.109,P<0.05.The placental PLAC1 mRNA level in FCR pregnant women was positively correlated with placental thickness,placental mass and neonatal weight(all P<0.05).The peripheral blood PLACI mRNA level in FGR pregnant women were nega-tively correlated with placental thickness,placental mass and neonatal weight(all P<0.05).There was negatively corre-lation between PLACI mRNA levels in the placenta and peripheral blood of FGR pregnant women(r=0.602,P<0.001).Conclusion The level of PLACI mRNA in placenta and peripheral blood can releet the severity of FCR.
