摘 要:文章采用水热法成功合成钛基钒系催化剂(V4W5Ti),通过超声浸渍合成铈掺杂钛基钒系催化剂(Ce10V4W5Ti),用稀硫酸进行预处理合成Ce10V4W5Ti-pre-H2SO4,对其脱硝能力及抗水抗硫性能进行探究。考查了不同催化剂在200℃下的脱硝性能;水分、SO2及氨氮比对脱销效率的影响。XRD结果证明水热法合成后的催化剂的主要晶型为锐钛矿。脱硝及抗水抗硫实验结果表明:Ce10V4W5Ti-pre-H2SO4的NOx转化效率最高,200℃反应温度下可达85.7%;Ce10V4W5Ti抗水抗硫性能最佳,同时加入10%H2O和1000×10-6SO2后,NOx转化效率下降9.8%;当氨氮比<1时,氨氮比越高,NOx转化效率越高。该研究利用水热法和超声辅助负载相结合,进一步增强了催化剂在低温下脱销及抗水抗硫性能,可为其在环境污染控制领域的优化应用提供思路及参考。Titanium based vanadium catalyst(V4W5Ti)was successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method.Cerium doped titanium based vanadium catalyst(Ce10V4W5Ti)was synthesized by ultrasonic impregnation.Ce10V4W5Ti pre-H2SO4 was prepared by dilute sulfuric acid pretreatment.The denitration ability,water resistance and sulfur resistance were studied.The denitrification performance of different catalysts at 200℃and the effect of water,SO2 and ammonia nitrogen ratio on the denitrification efficiency were investigated.XRD results show that the main crystal of the catalyst after hydrothermal synthesis is anatase.The experimental results of denitrification,water and sulfur resistance show that the main crystal type of each catalyst was anatase;Ce10V4W5Ti-pre-H2SO4 has the highest NOxconversion efficiency,reaching 85.7%at 200℃.After 10%H2O and1000×10-6 SO2 were added,Ce10V4W5Ti had the best water and sulfur resistance,and the NOxconversion efficiency decreased by 9.8%.When the ratio of ammonia to nitrogen is less than 1,the conversion efficiency of NOxincreases with the increase of the ratio of ammonia to nitrogen.In this study,hydrothermal method and ultrasonic assisted loading were combined to further enhance the catalyst’s ability to sell off at low temperature,water resistance and sulfur resistance,which can provide ideas and references for its optimal application in the field of environmental pollution control.
