从“三因制宜”理论探析西南地区新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期的辨证思路

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎现已成为全球大流行传染病,严重影响人类生命健康。目前我国新冠肺炎形势已得到控制,但患者恢复期治疗不当及后遗症可能会造成患者后期生存质量的下降,中医药的及时介入在本次抗疫期间发挥出巨大作用,故合理应用中医药干预恢复期以促进康复进程,减少后遗症有重大意义。笔者基于“三因制宜”理论,参考叶天士“络病”理论,构建西南地区新冠肺炎恢复期“余毒未清(湿邪为主)-肺脾双亏、痰瘀阻络”疾病模型,并将恢复期分为前期、中期、后期,前期清散余热、健脾除湿,中期养阴,后期益气活血通肺络,但不拘泥于分期,三期杂合而至,从因时、因地、因人制宜指出西南地区新冠肺炎恢复期诊治思路特殊性,为其提供一个简易的临床治疗思路。New coronavirus pneumonia has now become a global pandemic infectious disease,which seriously affects human life and health.At present,the situation of new coronary pneumonia in China has been controlled,but improper treatment and sequelae of patients during the recovery period may lead to a decline in patients'quality of life.The timely intervention of traditional Chinese medicine has played a huge role in this anti-epidemic period.Therefore,it is reasonable to apply traditional Chinese medicine to recover.It is of great significance to promote the rehabilitation process and reduce the sequelae.Based on the theory of“three factors to adapt to the situation”and the reference to YE Tianshi's“collateral disease”theory,the author constructs a disease model of“remaining toxin(mainly wet)-lung and spleen double loss,phlegm and blood stasis obstruction”disease model in the recovery period of new coronary pneumonia in Southwest China,and the recovery period is divided into early,middle,and late stages.The remaining heat is cleared in the early stage,the spleen is dehumidified,the Yin is nourished in the middle stage,and the Qi and Huoxue pass through the lungs and collaterals in the later stage,but not limited to the stage,the three stages come together.Local and individual conditions should point out the particularity of the diagnosis and treatment of new coronary pneumonia in the southwestern region during recovery and provide a simple clinical treatment idea.
