摘　　要：代谢综合征(Metabolic Syndrome,MS)是指人体的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物等物质发生代谢紊乱的病理状态,是一组复杂的代谢紊乱症候群,我国MS发病率逐年升高。对《2015年中国居民营养与慢性病状况报告》显示,我国MS发病率男性为22.1%,女性25.8%[1]。加强该病的预防、早期诊断和干预是改善国民健康的迫切需要。四川省名中医刘永家教授自拟方红龙夏海浮石汤用于治疗中青年单纯性舒张压升高的高血压病和无症状性高血压病取得显著疗效。笔者悉心揣摩,切切体会,综合辨证将该方老方新用,用于治疗代谢综合征取得较好疗效,通过医案举隅希望抛砖引玉。Metabolic syndrome(MS)refers to the pathological state of metabolic disorders of the body's proteins,fats,carbohydrates and other substances.It is a complex group of metabolic disorders.The incidence of MS in China has increased year by year.The“Report on Nutrition and Chronic Disease Status of Chinese Residents in 2015”shows that the incidence of MS in China is 22.1% for men and 25.8% for women.Strengthening the prevention,early diagnosis and intervention of the disease is an urgent need to improve national health.The famous Chinese medicine professor LIU Yongjia of Sichuan Province has formulated the Fang Honglong Xia Haifufu Decoction for the treatment of hypertension and asymptomatic hypertension with elevated diastolic blood pressure in young people.The author carefully studied and thoroughly realized the comprehensive dialectical use of the old formula and the new formula for the treatment of metabolic syndrome to achieve better results.Through medical cases,I hope to give a good example.
