吴巍教授运用虫类药治疗肾脏病验案举隅

摘　　要：肾脏病当属沉疴痼疾,其主要病机为本虚标实,本虚以脾肾亏虚为主,标实以湿热、瘀血、浊毒等为主。吴巍教授认为,肾脏病多久病入络,瘀血阻滞,提出“肾病多夹瘀”,“肾络瘀阻”,根据“络以通为用”,临床常用活血化瘀类药物,尤其擅长应用虫类药物,活血通络,攻逐走窜,搜剔疏拔,引药直达病所,辨病辨证应用,异病同治,疗效显著。Kidney disease should be a chronic disease,its main pathogenesis is the deficiency of the solid,the deficiency of the spleen and kidney deficiency is the main,the solid is the heat,blood stasis,turbidity poison and so on.Professor WU Wei says kidney disease minly goes into the network,congestion block,put forward“kidney disease much clamp silt”,“renal collaterals Yuzu”,according to“network for general use”,clinical commonly has used promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs,especially good at application of insect drugs,invigorate the circulation,tapping to banish channeling,pick out thin,pull a medicine,the patient's disease dialectical application of disease pathogenesis,curative effect is remarkable.
