摘　　要：目的:提高对糖尿病性下肢感染发生发展的警惕性,避免引发肌肉层的深部脓肿,使患者得到及时、正确的诊断和治疗。方法:我院2017年收治的一例糖尿病性下肢感染病例,探讨发病原因、中医治疗过程。结果:中医治疗糖尿病性下肢感染损伤小、疗效满意。结论:加强诊断与鉴别诊断,应用中医方法及时治疗。Objective:The objective was to improve vigilance for the development of diabetic lower extremity infection,to avoid the deep abscess of the muscle layer,so that the patient could get timely and correct diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The method was to explore the cause of the disease and the treatment process of traditional Chinese medicine through a case of diabetic lower extremity infection was treated in our hospital in 2017.Results:The treatment of diabetic lower extremity infection by traditional Chinese medicine was very effective with small damage.Conclusion:The diagnosis and differential diagnosis should be strengthened,and the traditional Chinese medicine method should be used in time.
