加减郑氏活络丸干预腰椎椎间盘突出症椎间孔镜术后下肢麻痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察郑氏活络丸干预腰椎椎间盘突出症椎间孔镜术后下肢麻痛临床疗效。方法:将68例腰椎间盘突出症椎间孔镜术后出现下肢麻痛的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,在改善循环、抗炎消肿治疗的基础上,观察组予以加减郑氏活络丸干预,对照组则采用中药熏洗干预。结果:两组总有效率,治疗前后VAS评分、10g尼龙丝试验积分以及治疗评价比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加减郑氏活络丸干预腰椎椎间盘突出症椎间孔镜术后下肢麻痛效果明确,简便易行,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of using Modified Zhengshi Huoluo Pill in the treatment of lower limb numbness after transforaminal endoscopic lumbar disc herniation.Methods:68 patients with lower limb numbness after lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group.On the basis of improving circulation,antiinflammation and detumescence treatment,the observation group was treated with Modified Zhengshi Huoluo Pill,while the controlled group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing.Results:There were significant differences in the total effective rate,VAS score,10g nylon thread test score and treatment evaluation between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zhengshi Huoluo Pill is effective of treating lower limb numbness after transforaminal endoscopic lumbar disc herniation.
