郑氏手法联合新伤消肿散治疗急性髌内侧滑膜皱襞综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察郑氏手法联合新伤消肿散外敷对急性髌内侧滑膜皱襞综合征患者的影响。方法:选取2016年7月至2019年11月在四川省骨科医院诊断为急性髌内侧滑膜皱襞综合征的86例患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组及对照组两组,实验组采用郑氏提、弹、按、摩手法,手法结束后施以新伤消肿散外敷;对照组则采用醋酸曲安奈德联合利多卡因局部封闭注射治疗,并予以双氯芬酸钠片口服;对比实验组和对照组在治疗后1天、7天、1个月及6个月的膝关节功能评分(Lysholm)评分和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分的差异。结果:治疗后实验组的Lysholm评分在第7天,1个月,6个月时均优于对照组,且在6个月时改善更明显。两组比较在治疗后1天、7天时,对照组VAS评分低于实验组;在治疗后1月、6月时,实验组VAS评分低于对照组。结论:郑氏手法联合新伤消肿散有助于改善急性髌内侧滑膜皱襞综合征患者的膝关节功能、缓解疼痛,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of ZHENG's manipulation combined with external application of Xinshu Xiaozhong Powder for patients with medial condylar synovial fold syndrome.Methods:A total of 86 patients diagnosed with acute medial synovial fold syndrome at the Sichuan Provincial Orthopaedic Hospital from July 2016 to November 2019 were selected and divided into experimental and controlled groups according to the random number table method.The method of lifting,bouncing,pressing,and rubbing was applied externally after the wound was removed.The controlled group was treated with triamcinolone acetate combined with lidocaine for local closed injection,and diclofenac sodium was administered orally.Compared the experimental group and the controlled group with differences in knee function score(Lysholm)score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score at 1 day,7 days,1 month,and 6 months after treatment.Results:After treatment,the Lysholm score of the experimental group was better than the controlled group at day 7,1 month,and 6 months,and the improvement was more obvious at 6 months.The comparison of the two groups at 1 and 7 days after treatment showed that the VAS score of the controlled group was lower than that of the experimental group;At 1 and 6 months after treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the controlled group.Conclusion:ZHENG's manipulation combined with Xinshang Xiaozhong Powder can help improve knee function,relieve pain,and improve clinical efficacy in patients with acute medial synovial fold syndrome.
