峨眉伤科流派手法结合干细胞穴位注射治疗退行性膝骨关节炎

摘　　要：目的:初步观察及探讨峨眉伤科手法配合间充质干细胞穴位注射治疗膝骨关节炎的安全性及有效性。方法:将5例符合选择标准的中重度退行性膝骨关节炎患者纳入研究,选取患侧足三里和膝眼(双),每穴注射2×10^7 cells/mL的间充质干细胞悬液,注射完毕后在该侧膝关节附近行峨眉伤科流派推拿手法,每两周1次,4次为1个疗程。5例患者均接受1个疗程治疗,随访3个月。结果:5例患者临床症状均有不同程度改善,膝关节MRI可见关节软骨修复。结论:本研究获得的结果为峨眉伤科流派手法干细胞穴位注射治疗退行性膝骨关节炎的前瞻性随机对照临床试验提供了良好的基础。Objective:The purpose of this study was to assess the safety and efficacy of Emei School of Injury massage with acupoint injection of MSCs(AD-MSCs)for knee osteoarthritis.Methods:In the present study,five patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis were treated using acupoint injection of AD-MSCs at a concentration of 2.0×10^7 cells every acupoint,then treated using Emei Shangke massage at knee.All patiens were treated four times,once every two weeks,and were followed up for 3 months.Results:Significant improvement of all three clinical scores and MRI radiography was observed within the first 5 months,and improvement persisted throughout the rest of the follow-up.Conclusions:The results obtained in the present study provide good basis for prospective randomized controlled clinical trials with respect to Emei School of Injury massage with acupoint injection of MSCs(AD-MSCs)in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
