摘　　要：目的:分析穴位贴敷联合足底经皮电神经刺激对良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(TURP)后膀胱痉挛的预防性护理效果评估作用。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年11月在本院接受TURP术治疗的BPH患者80例,按照随机编号法分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组给予足底经皮电神经刺激及常规的护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予穴位贴敷,分析两组患者的膀胱痉挛的发生率、痉挛次数、每次持续时间、冲洗液转清时间、视觉疼痛评分(VAS)、生活质量评分。结果:观察组术后膀胱痉挛的发生率为35.00%低于对照组70.00%,两组差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3 d内痉挛次数、每次持续时间、冲洗液转清时间显著低于对照组,两组差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预前的VAS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组的VAS评分显著低于对照组,两组差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的心理健康、情感角色、躯体功能、社会功能、健康状态、生活力、肌体疼痛、躯体角色生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:将穴位贴敷联合足底经皮电神经刺激应用于BPH患者TURP术后膀胱痉挛的预防性护理中,可显著降低术后膀胱痉挛的发生率,有助于患者术后恢复,提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To analyze the preventive nursing effect of fructus evodiae rutaecarpae acupoint application combined with foot transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on bladder spasm for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)after transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP).Methods:A total of 80 patients with BPH who underwent TURP in the hospital between February 2017 and November 2019 were selected and divided into controlled group and observation group by the random numbering method,with 40 cases in each group.The controlled group were given foot transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and conventional nursing intervention.On this basis,the observation group were additionally given acupoint application.The incidence rate of bladder spasm,frequency of spasms,duration of each spasm,the time of rinsing fluid clearing,pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and quality of life scores in the observation group were analyzed.Results:The incidence rate of postoperative bladder spasm in the observation group(35.00%)was lower than that in the controlled group(70.00%)(P<0.05).The frequency of spasms,duration of each spasm and the time of rinsing fluid clearing in the observation group within 3 days were significantly less or shorter than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of mental health,emotional role,physical function,social function,health status,vitality,physical pain and physical role of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with foot transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation for preventing bladder spasm for patients with BPH after TURP can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative bladder spasm,help patients'postoperative recovery and improve t
