盐城市大数据产业价值链地域分工研究

摘　　要：为厘清我国大数据产业价值链地域分工格局,调查了盐城大数据产业发展趋势,借鉴产业价值链地域分工理论,结合实地调研和问卷分析,分析了盐城市大数据产业园的产业价值链地域分工特点与存在短板,针对盐城自身条件与其他各地大数据产业发展特点,提出盐城大数据产业发展对策和战略,主要包括:重点建设大数据采集和清洗工厂,储备大数据低端产业项目和人才;发展具有全国影响力的大数据产品展示、推介和销售基地;积极推进大数据应用行业与大数据智能终端产品制造业;发挥大数据行业协会和管委会在国内不同园区和产业合作方面的作用。This research sets out to clarify the regional division pattern of value chain of big data industry in China,and investigate its development trend in Yancheng.On the basis of relevant theory,it analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of regional division of industrial value chain in Yancheng big data Industrial Park through field survey and questionnaire analysis,and puts forward the following suggestions according to Yancheng’s practical conditions and the development characteristics of big data industry in other regions.We should focus on the construction of big data collection and cleaning factories,reserve low-end industrial projects and talents of big data industry;develop the national bases for the exhibition,promotion and sales of big data products;actively promote the development of big data application industry and big data intelligent terminal product manufacturing industry;give full play to the function of big data industry association and Management Committee in different parks and industrial cooperation in China.
