摘 要:为了更好地研究铝薄板带轧制过程中平直度与板厚分布之间的关系,以宽大铝薄板带板厚分布预测模型为研究对象,分析了板带轧制过程中板厚分布与板带平直度之间的关系,以及分析了板厚分布与各轧制参数之间的影响关系,建立了1个平直度与板厚分布的综合板形预测模型。通过工厂轧制过程中实测数据验证了预测模型的准确性,得到了1个综合考虑板厚分布和平直度的高精度板形预测模型,为进一步研究薄板带的板形提供了理论基础。In order to better study the relationship between the flatness and the thickness distribution in the rolling process of Aluminium sheet and strip,a prediction model of the thickness distribution of wide aluminium sheet and strip was used as the object.The relationship between the thickness distribution and the flatness of strip during rolling was analyzed,and the relationship between the thickness distribution and the rolling parameters was also analyzed.A comprehensive shape prediction model of flatness and thickness distribution was established.The accuracy of the prediction model was verified by the measured data in the rolling process.A high-precision shape prediction model considering the thickness distribution and straightness was obtained,which provided a theoretical basis for further study on the shape of the sheet strip.
