长足大竹象取食胁迫下慈竹WRKY转录因子的鉴定及生物信息学分析

摘  要:植物中的WRKY转录因子参与调控了大量的生物及非生物胁迫和植物的生长发育过程.本研究通过对慈竹笋在长足大竹象取食胁迫下转录组测序及生物信息学分析,鉴定出29个慈竹WRKY转录因子.根据系统进化树结果及慈竹WRKY转录因子被长足大竹象取食前后的基因表达模式的分析,我们推测慈竹在遭受虫害的生物胁迫时,其基因组内的WRKY转录因子可能参与了由SA和JA介导的信号转导途径(如comp1871_seq0、comp7144_seq0、comp6576_seq0、comp5390_seq0),或通过与慈竹笋生长发育相关的WRKY转录因子(comp1486_seq1)表达量的上调来响应长足大竹象的取食胁迫.该研究结果将为慈竹的转录因子如何响应虫害胁迫及为后续的竹类虫害防控提供部分理论依据.WRKY transcription factors in plants are involved in regulating a large number of biological and abiotic stress and plant growth and development process.In this study,through the transcriptome sequencing and bioinformatic analyzing of Bambusa emeiensis shoots under the stress of Cyrtotrachelus buquet feeding,a total of 29 WRKY transcription factors in Bambusa emeiensis were identified and analyzed.Based on the results of the phylogenetic tree and the analysis of gene expression model of Bambusa emeiensis WRKY transcription factor before and after the Cyrtotrachelus buquet feeding,we speculated that the WRKY transcription factors in Bambusa emeiensis genome response to insect-feeding stress might be involved in signal transduction pathways mediated by SA and JA(e.g.,comp1871_seq0、comp7144_seq0、comp6576_seq0 and comp5390_seq0)or by raising the expression level of WRKY transcription factors(comp1486_seq1)that relate to the self-growth of the bamboo shoots themselves.The results will provide some theoretical basis for how the transcription factors of Bambusa emeiensis respond to the pest stress and theoretical basis for the subsequent bamboo pest control.
