摘　　要：残疾人体育事业的发展离不开志愿者的热情服务和无私奉献.志愿者保持良好的服务状态和健康的心理对志愿服务的发展具有重要的影响.本文综合运用文献资料分析法、调查法、逻辑分析法以及数理统计等方法,对残疾人体育志愿者心理耗竭现状及发展特点进行研究.以心理耗竭为切入点,分析残疾人体育志愿者在志愿服务中可能存在的心理问题.通过研究分析,发现残疾人体育志愿者在志愿服务过程中出现心理耗竭主要有主观因素和客观因素、男女志愿者的心理耗竭存在显著性差异、心理耗竭的产生会对志愿服务工作造成很大的阻碍.为了促使残疾人体育志愿服务事业更好地发展,本文提出了几点对策来帮助志愿者在助残服务过程中保持心理健康,这对残疾人体育志愿服务队伍建设的健康发展有极大的促进作用.The development of sports undertakings for the disabled cannot be separated from the enthusiastic service and selfless dedication of volunteers.Volunteers keep good service status and healthy psychologies have important influence on the development of volunteer service.In this paper,the methods of literature analysis,investigation,logic analysis and mathematical statistics are used to study the current situation and development characteristics of burnout of disabled sports volunteers.Taking burnout as the starting point,this paper analyzes the possible psychological problems of the disabled sports volunteers in the voluntary service.Through research and analysis,found the disabled sports volunteers in psychological depletion mainly appeared in the process of volunteer service has a subjective factors and objective factors,psychological depletion of male and female volunteers there are significant differences,Being burnout will cause great hindrance to volunteer work.In order to promote the better development of the sports volunteer service for the disabled,this paper puts forward several countermeasures to help the volunteers to maintain mental health in the process of helping the disabled,which will greatly promote the healthy development of the sports volunteer service team for the disabled.
