小学生睡眠质量与焦虑情绪的现状及关系研究

摘　　要：目的了解武汉市小学生睡眠状况,探讨学龄期儿童睡眠质量与焦虑情绪之间的关系。方法采用儿童睡眠习惯问卷(CSHQ)以及儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED),分层随机抽取武汉市中心城区4所小学3~6年级的310名中高年级小学生,对其睡眠状况和焦虑情绪进行问卷调查。结果符合条件的265名小学生中,46.0%的学生存在睡眠问题,14.7%的学生存在焦虑情绪。睡眠质量在性别上差异有统计学意义,女生比男生的睡眠障碍更为严重(t=-2.141,P<0.05)。睡眠状况与焦虑情绪存在相关关系(r=0.370,P<0.01),睡眠质量与焦虑情绪以及4个因子之间都呈高度正相关,焦虑量表的总分与睡眠状况的5个因子也呈显著正相关。结论武汉市中心城区小学中高年级学生睡眠质量问题的检出率较高,其中,女生相比较男生而言更严重;且睡眠质量与焦虑情绪密切相关,值得家长和学校关注。Objective To provide a general overview of sleep issues among school-aged children in Wuhan city,and to discuss the association between sleep quality and anxiety.Methods A structured questionnaire based on Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire(CSHQ)and the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)was used in this study.Stratified sampling was adopted to select 310 school-age children of grade 3 to grade 6 from four primary schools in Wuhan city.Results Among the 256 eligibleschool-aged children,46.0%of the subjects had sleep disorders,while incidence rate of anxiety was 14.7%.There was a significant gender differences on sleep quality,comparing to the boys,girls were more likely have sleep problems(t=0.370,P<0.05).There was significant positive correlation between sleep and anxiety(r=-2.141,P<0.01),as well as sleep quality and the 4 different dimensions of anxiety.The total score of anxiety scale between the 5 factors of sleep scale exist significant positive correlation.Conclusion The rate of problematic sleepers among school-aged children in Wuhan city is relatively high,and female students are more serious than male students.Besides,sleep quality and anxiety are significantly related,worthy of parents and schools'concern.
