摘　　要：以medRxiv和bioRxiv预印本平台上COVID-19专题收录的论文为研究对象,采用文献计量学的方法,分析论文的发文时间、关注量、作者以及出版期刊.在数据分析结果的基础上进一步探究突发公共卫生事件下电子预印本资源所发挥的作用,包括迅速公布最新科研进展;促进学术交流,加速知识传播;降低费用,促进知识共享;占据科研成果首发权,并为图书馆建设提出相关的建议,如加大对电子预印本资源的宣传、做好电子预印本资源服务的支持工作、将电子预印本纳入数字图书馆资源建设体系、协助相关部门建立科学的评价体系.The publication time,focuses,authors and publication journals of medRxiv and bioRxiv preprint platforms-covered papers on COVID-19 were analyzed by bibliometric analysis.The roles of electronic reprint resources in emergency public health events were further studied on the basis of data analysis,such as making the recent advances in researches rapidly known to the public,promoting the academic communications and speeding up the knowledge dissemination,reducing the cost and promoting the knowledge sharing,occupying the first publication right of scientific achievements.Suggestions were put forward for library construction,such as strengthening the propagation of electronic preprint resources,trying every possible way to support electronic preprint resources service,integrating the electronic preprint resources into the digital library resources development system,and helping the related departments to establish their scientific evaluation system.
