摘　　要：在全面梳理国内外现有机构知识库评价研究相关文献的基础上,结合我国现状,构建了适用国内高校机构知识库初级评价指标体系,并使用德尔菲法通过两轮专家调查对该指标体系进行了修订,再采用层次分析法确定了指标权重,其最终指标体系含6个一级指标和31个二级指标,其中一级指标包括政策指南、系统平台、存储内容、检索功能、成果管理和成果评价,故可作为机构知识库评价的工具.An evaluation indicators system for institutional repositories in domestic colleges and universities was developed by comprehensively reviewing the available domestic and foreign literature on institutional repositories combined with the current domestic situation on institutional repositories,which was revised according to the two rounds of investigation by experts using Delphi method.The weights of its indicators were determined by hierarchic analysis.The final evaluation indicators system consists of 6 primary indicators(policy guideline,system platform,storage contents,retrieval function,resources management,resources evaluation)and 31 secondary indicators,which can thus be used as an evaluation tool of institutional repositories.
