摘　　要：对高校图书馆智库研究现状进行梳理,运用SWOT方法对高校图书馆智库服务"双一流"建设的优势、劣势以及机遇、威胁要素进行分析,提出了高校图书馆智库服务"双一流"建设策略,包括明确角色地位,增强智库意识;重视智库团队建设,完善管理体制;强化协同研究,推动智库成果转化;加强智库宣传营销,打造智库服务品牌.The strategies of think tank service for the construction of"world class universities and world class disciplines"in academic libraries were proposed by SWOT analysis of their advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in think tank service for the construction of"world class universities and world class disciplines"and review of the current situation in studies on think tank in academic libraries,such as clearing and defining their role and position and enhancing their think tank awareness,attaching importance to think tank team construction and improving management system,strengthening cooperative studies and promoting transformation of think tank achievements,reinforcing think tank propagation and marketing and establishing think tank service brand.
