摘  要:研制一台可放入超燃冲压发动机被试段腔内的盒式应变天平,可实时测量被试段所受的六分量力和力矩。该天平刚性大、干扰小、具有良好的机械性能。通过精细的结构设计、遗传算法优化及有限元分析,解决了天平空间尺寸小和各分量载荷难匹配的问题,有效降低各分量之间的干扰,提高了天平的测量精准度。另外,对天平设计了过载保护装置及隔热和防潮保护。静校和试验结果表明该天平各项性能良好。This paper developed a strain gauge balance that can be placed in the scramjet cavity.The six-component force and moment of the scramjet cavity can be directly measured with this balance.The balance is cassette strain gauge balance structure.This kind of balances is high rigidity,low interference and good mechanical performance.By structure design detailed,genetic algorithm optimization and finite element analysis,the balance have resolved the problem of mismatch of each component load,effectively reduced interference between the each component of the balance,and also improved the measurement precision and accuracy.In addition,we have designed a overload protection,heat and moisture protection device.Calibration and test results show that the balance has good performance.
