摘 要:研究了不同过载作用下,超临界压力RP-3航空煤油在矩形通道内的流动与传热特性,重点考察了浮升力对煤油流动换热的影响,并对浮升力判别准则进行了分析。研究表明:随着过载的增加,浮升力效应更加明显,通道内二次流速度增大,矩形通道内摩擦阻力增大,流动压力损失略有增加,加热侧壁面温度降低,传热恶化现象得到明显改善;选用的浮升力判别准则对矩形通道内航空煤油流动换热适用性较差。The flow and heat transfer characteristic of supercritical pressure RP-3 aviation kerosene in rectangular channel under the action of different overload were studied,and the influence of buoyancy on the kerosene flow and heat transfer was investigated in detail,and the criterion of buoyancy was analyzed.The research shows that with the increase of overload,the effect of buoyancy is more obvious,the secondary flow velocity in the channel increases,the shearing stresses in the rectangular channel increases,the flow pressure loss increases slightly,the heating side wall surface temperature decreases,and the heat transfer deterioration phenomenon is significantly improved.The criterions of buoyancy are not suitable for the flow and heat transfer of aviation kerosene in rectangular channel.
