摘 要:目的研究乳源性复合益生菌的降胆固醇能力。方法采用磷硫铁比色法测定菌株体外胆固醇降解率。取6只大鼠为正常组灌胃(生理盐水2 mL),另取24只大鼠建立2型糖尿病模型,模型建立后随机分为模型组(灌胃生理盐水2 mL)、二甲双胍组(灌胃二甲双胍200 mg/kg体质量)、复合益生菌高、低剂量(灌胃1×1010 CFU/mL乳酸菌+1×10^8 CFU/mL酵母菌,2 mL;1×10^8 CFU/mL乳酸菌+1×106 CFU/mL酵母菌,2 mL),干预6周后各组大鼠禁食,采血,采用全自动生化分析仪测定血清总胆固醇(Total Cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,HDL-C)水平。结果复合益生菌体外降胆固醇率为(54.78±1.13)%。与模型组相比,复合益生菌组大鼠血清TC、TG和LDL-C水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论复合益生菌具有良好的降胆固醇作用。Objective To explore the cholesterol-lowering ability of milk-borne composite probiotics.MethodsThe degradation rate of cholesterol in vitro was determined by phosphorus,sulfur and iron colorimetry.Six rats were taken as the normal group(2 mL of normal saline),and 24 rats were taken to establish the type 2 diabetes model.After the model was established,the rats were randomly divided into the model group(2 mL of normal saline),the metformin group(200 mg/kg of metformin),the compound probiotics with high and low dosage(1×1010 CFU/mL of Lactobacillus+1×10^8 CFU/mL of yeast,2 mL;1×10^8 CFU/mL of Lactobacillus)+6 weeks intervention,rats in each group were fasted and their blood were collected.Serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and triglyceride(TG)were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer.ResultsThe rate of cholesterol reduction was(54.78±1.13)%.Compared with the model group,the levels of serum TC,TG and LDL-C in the compound probiotics group were significantly lower(P<0.01).ConclusionCompound probiotics have good cholesterol lowering effect.
