摘 要:目的:对川产道地药材川木通(小木通、绣球藤)及其习用品粗齿铁线莲、混伪品小蓑衣藤的利尿效果和生药学(形态和化学成分)进行对比,为川木通(小木通、绣球藤)规范使用提供依据。方法:雄性KM小鼠随机分为空白对照组、氢氯噻嗪0.03 g/kg组、小木通20 g/kg组、小木通10 g/kg组、绣球藤20 g/kg组、绣球藤10 g/kg组、粗齿铁线莲20 g/kg组、粗齿铁线莲10 g/kg组、小蓑衣藤20 g/kg组和小蓑衣藤10 g/kg组,每组10只。按50 ml/kg剂量给各组小鼠腹腔注射生理盐水,造模成功后,按预定剂量分别灌胃给药,空白对照组给予同体积的水,观察川木通(小木通、绣球藤)及其习用品粗齿铁线莲、混伪品小蓑衣藤的利尿效果;采用植物形态、性状、显微鉴别的方法对川木通(小木通、绣球藤)及其习用品粗齿铁线莲、混伪品小蓑衣藤的外观形态、性状及微形态进行鉴别;建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)特征图谱,进行川木通(小木通、绣球藤)与习用品、混伪品特征峰比对。结果:利尿实验表明,与空白对照组比较,氢氯噻嗪0.03 g/kg组小鼠4 h内总尿量显著升高(P<0.01),粗齿铁线莲20 g/kg组、小木通20 g/kg组、小蓑衣藤20 g/kg组和绣球藤10 g/kg组小鼠4 h内总尿量与氢氯噻嗪0.03 g/kg组接近(P<0.01);与氢氯噻嗪0.03 g/kg组比较,绣球藤20 g/kg组小鼠4 h内总尿量显著升高(P<0.01)。生药学实验表明粗齿铁线莲和小蓑衣藤在植物形态、性状和显微形态方面与川木通(小木通、绣球藤)具有明显差异,化学成分非常相似。结论:川木通(小木通、绣球藤)习用混伪品粗齿铁线莲、小蓑衣藤与川木通(小木通、绣球藤)的药效相近,整体形态易于鉴别,主要化学成分相似,习用品可以替代川木通(小木通、绣球藤)使用,而小衰衣藤在药材资源匮乏的时候,可以考虑作为潜在的川木通资源备用。Objective:To make a comparison on the diuretic efficacy and pharmacognosy(morphology and chemical constituents)of genuine medicinal material Caulis Clematidis Armandii(Clematis armandii Franch.,Clematis montana Buch.-Ham.)produced in Sichuan,its traditionally used products Clematis argentilucida W.T.Wang and counterfeit species Clematis gouriana Roxb.ex DC.,and to provide reference for the standardized use of Caulis Clematidis Armandii(Clematis armandii Franch.,Clematis montana Buch.Ham.).Methods:Male KM mice were randomly divided into the control group,0.03 g/kg hydrochlorothiazide group,20 g/kg Clematis armandii Franch.group,10 g/kg Clematis armandii Franch.group,20 g/kg Clematis montana Buch.-Ham.group,10 g/kg Clematis montana Buch.-Ham.group,20 g/kg Clematis argentilucida W.T.Wang group,10 g/kg Clematis argentilucida W.T.Wang group,20 g/kg Clematis gouriana Roxb.ex DC.group and 10 g/kg Clematis gouriana Roxb.ex DC.group,with 10 mice in each group.Mice in each group were intraperitoneally injected normal saline at the dose of 50 ml/kg to establish the model.After modeling,mice were administered orally with corresponding drugs or water to observe the diuretic effect of Caulis Clematidis Armandii(Clematis armandii Franch.,Clematis montana Buch.-Ham.)and its traditionally used products Clematis argentilucida W.T.Wang and counterfeit species Clematis gouriana Roxb.ex DC.The morphological,characteristics and microscopic identification methods were used to identify the appearance,characters and micromorphology of traditionally used products Clematis argentilucida W.T.Wang and counterfeit species Clematis gouriana Roxb.ex DC.of Caulis Clematidis Armandii(Clematis armandii Franch.,Clematis montana Buch.-Ham.).The characteristic spectrum of high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established,to compare the characteristic peaks of Caulis Clematidis Armandii(Clematis armandii Franch.,Clematis montana Buch.-Ham.)and its traditionally used products and counterfeit species.Results:Diuretic experiments showed,compare
