新疆入境旅游产业结构的灰色关联度分析

摘　　要：以统计数据为基础,运用灰色关联度对2001-2008年、2008-2015年2个时段的新疆入境旅游外汇收入与新疆入境旅游产业各部门因素之间的关联性进行对比分析。结果表明:餐饮、市内交通、邮电通讯对新疆旅游外汇收入的影响由最后3位跃居成为前3位,住宿与商品销售对新疆旅游外汇收入的影响明显变小,游览对新疆旅游外汇收入影响一直较低,娱乐下降幅度最大,成为对新疆旅游外汇收入影响最小的部门。从而表明游览、商品销售、娱乐还存在不足,没有发挥出应有的对旅游收入增长的贡献度,住宿、市内交通、长途交通、邮电通讯还有一定的发展空间可以提升。以此为基础,提出了调整及优化新疆国际旅游产业结构的对策及建议。On the basis of the statistica1 data,the correlation between the factors of each department in the inbound tourism industry system and income of inbound tourism from 2001 to 2008 and from 2008 to 2015 in Xinjiang was compared and analyzed by using grey correlation method.The results show that the influence of food and beverage,intra-city transportation,and post and telecommunications on Xinjiang tourism and foreign exchange income jumped from the last three to the top three.The impact of accommodation and commodity sales on the income of inbound tourism in Xinjiang decreased significantly.The impact on income of inbound tourism in Xinjiang tourism has been relatively low.Entertainment declined the most,becoming the sector with the least impact on foreign exchange income from inbound tourism in Xinjiang.Thus it indicates that there is still a shortage of excursions,merchandising and entertainment,which have not played their due role in contributing to the growth of tourism revenue,and that accommodation,merchandising and entertainment have not contributed to the growth of tourism revenue.There is still some room for development to improve the city’s transportation,long-distance transportation as well as post and telecommunications communications.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to adjust and optimize the structure of international tourism industry of Xinjiang.
