摘  要:孙思邈是隋唐时期杰出的医药学家、养生家,他的养生思想主张顺应天时,从道德修养,饮食起居,运动与静养,情志调控等各方面养生。其养生思想中处处体现着阴阳平衡之道。健身气功是在中医理论指导下进行的以调身、调心、调息为基本手段,从身形,心理和气息三方面调理人身心,达到强身健体养生保健的作用。孙思邈养生思想与健身气功的功理功法有异曲同工之妙,二者都主张天人合一、阴阳平衡、性命双修、动静结合的养生之道,静以修心动以养形,以达身心健康益寿延年之功效。Sun Simiao was an outstanding pharmacist and regimen professor during Sui and Tang Dynasties.He insisted on obey the time rule of universe to preserve health and he believed people should keep healthy from the aspects of moral cultivation,daily life,doing exercise and recuperation,emotion comfort and so on.His idea embodied the balance of Yin and Yang invariably.Health Qigong is carried out through the regulation of body,emotion and breath under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory so as to achieve the aim of health preservation.Sun Simiao regimen idea is similar to that of Health Qigong as both of them believe that people should obey the time rule of universe,keep the balance of Yin and Yang,cultivate both moral and physique,and balance exercise and recuperation.By doing so,people can get reach of longevity healthy.
