血清miR-122和miR-130a在隐匿性乙型肝炎患者中的表达及诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:研究分析血清miR-122和miR-130a在隐匿性乙型肝炎患者中的表达及诊断价值。方法:选取2014年1月至2018年6月在我院诊断为隐匿性乙型肝炎47例患者作为隐匿性乙型肝炎组,选取同期在我院就诊的慢性乙型肝炎52例患者作为乙型肝炎组,同期来我院进行健康体检的66例正常人员作为对照组,比较3组人员血清miR-122及miR-130a的表达情况,分析血清miR-122及miR-130a对隐匿性乙型肝炎的诊断价值。结果:隐匿性乙型肝炎组患者miR-122表达明显低于对照组与乙型肝炎组(P<0.05);乙型肝炎组患者miR-122表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。隐匿性乙型肝炎组患者血清miR-130a表达明显高于乙型肝炎组与对照组(P<0.05);乙型肝炎组患者血清miR-130a表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。乙型肝炎组患者与对照组人群血清miR-130a/miR-122比值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);隐匿性乙型肝炎组患者血清miR-130a/miR-122比值明显高于乙型肝炎组和对照组(P<0.05);隐匿性乙型肝炎组患者与乙型肝炎组比较血清miR-122、miR-130α以及miR-122联合miR-130α,其AUC值为0.779(95%CI:0.698~0.928)、0.679(95%CI:0602~0.889)、0.872(95%CI:0794~0.949);隐匿性乙型肝炎组患者与对照组比较上述3项指标其AUC值分别是0.794(95%CI:0.710~0.931)、0.693(95%CI:0.631~0.900)、0.847(95%CI:0.767~0.927)。结论:隐匿性乙型肝炎患者血清miR-122表达较低,miR-130a表达较高,联合检测miR-122和miR-130a对隐匿性乙型肝炎具有诊断价值。Objective:To analyze the expression and correlation of serum miR-122 and miR-130a in patients with occult hepatitis B.Methods:47 patients diagnosed with occult hepatitis B in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2018 as occult hepatitis B group,52 patients with chronic hepatitis B as hepatitis B group and 66 patients with healthy physical examination as the control group.The expressions of serum miR-122 and miR-130 were compared between the three groups,and the diagnostic value of serum miR-122 and miR-130 for occult hepatitis B was analyzed.Results:The expression of miR-122 in the occult hepatitis B group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the hepatitis B group(P<0.05);the expression of miR-122 in the hepatitis B group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expression of serum miR-130a in the occult hepatitis B group was significantly higher than that in the hepatitis B group and the control group(P<0.05);the expression of serum miR-130a in the hepatitis B group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum miR-130a/miR-122 Ratio between the hepatitis B group and the control group(P>0.05).The ratio of serum microRNA-130a/microRNA-122 in recessive hepatitis B group was significantly higher than that in hepatitis B group and control group(P<0.05).The AUCs of serum miR-122 combined with serum miR-130a curve were 0.91 and 1.00,respectively,and the sensitivities were 0.91 and 0.85,respectively,and the specificities were 0.82 and 0.91,respectively.Conclusions:The expression of miR-122 is lower in patients with occult hepatitis B,and the expression of miR-130a is higher.The combination of miR-122 and miR-130a has some diagnostic value for occult hepatitis B.
