摘  要:以五峰山过江通道公路接线工程为依托,对影响填充型环氧涂层钢绞线涂层厚度均匀性的因素进行研究分析和控制。结果表明:通过对材料、设备和工艺等方面的改进,可提高填充型环氧涂层钢绞线的涂层厚度均匀性,使钢绞线外层6根钢丝冠部的环氧涂层厚度控制在(500±100)μm范围内。进行防腐性能和锚固性能试验,验证了改进后的填充型环氧涂层钢绞线具有优良的耐久性和锚固可靠性。Factors that influence coating thickness of filled epoxy coated strand are analyzed and controlled based on the highway line of Wufengshan cross-river channel.Results show that the coating thickness uniformity of filled epoxy coated strand can be improved,the epoxy coating thickness on crown of six steel wires are kept within(500±100)μm by improving material,equipments,and manufacturing process,etc.It is proved that the improved filled epoxy coated strand have excellent durability and anchoring reliability through quality verification tests such as corrosion resistance test and anchoring performance test.
