利用原高线生产高速棒材技术改造

摘　　要：原一高线生产线由于轧制速度低、单卷卷重小等原因,产品失去市场竞争力。根据直条螺纹钢筋市场走向,将原一高线生产线改造成为高速棒材生产线。在充分发挥原有装备技术优势的同时,制定了切实可行的改造方案。主要对工艺布局、轧机、电机、减速机、水冷系统等进行技术改造,同时应用多项国内领先的装备技术,实现了高速棒材生产线年产60万t 400 MPa、500 MPa级别10~18 mm抗震螺纹钢筋的能力,轧制速度达到40 m/s,小时产量超过130 t。Due to low rolling speed and small single coil weight,the product of original No.1 high speed production line lost market competitiveness.The original high speed production line was renovated to high speed bar production line according to market trend of straight thread steel bars.Feasible renovation scheme has been worked out while fully using technical advantages of original equipment.Technical renovation of process layout,rolling mill,motor,reducer,water cooling system and so on has been mainly carried out.At the same time,a number of domestic leading equipment technologies have been applied to realize high speed bar production line annual capacity of 600 thousand tons 400 MPa,500 MPa grade diameter 10~18 mm anti-seismic threaded steel bar,the maximum rolling speed reaches 40 m/s,and the maximum output reaches over 130 tons per hour.
