摘  要:公交补贴是维持公共交通可持续发展的必不可少的要素,但随着轨道交通的快速发展,公交客流量持续下滑,政府财政出现难以为继的问题。为保障公交行业可持续发展,要以公交补贴的理论分析为基础,结合现有国家的政策引导,理清公益与市场的关系,充分研判公交发展面临的形势,以深圳新一轮补贴方案来践行公交补贴未来的改革方向,满足公交供给与需求的动态平衡,提升补贴的绩效。Bus subsidy is an essential factor to maintain the sustainable development of bus transit.However,with the rapid development of rail transit,the passenger flow of bus continues to decline,and the government finance is difficult to sustain.To protect bus transit sustainable development,should be based on the theoretical analysis,combined with the existing national policy guidance,clarify public interest relationship with the market,and to fully study the future situation,finally refer to Shenzhen new subsidy scheme to practice the future reform direction of bus subsidy,which meet the dynamic balance of bus supply and demand,improve the performance of the subsidies.
