摘　　要：为提高临床治疗上对抗生素药理学知识的应用程度,充分发挥抗生素对感染性疾病的预防和治疗作用。通过探索抗生素在临床治疗上不正确的应用情况,针对这些问题提出具体的解决办法。按照抗生素分级管理制度控制抗生素在市场上流通,确保抗生素的使用率和使用强度在规定值内。提出为避免滥用抗生素导致药源性疾病,要加强管理力度,合理控制抗生素的使用情况的建议。Objective:To improve the application of antibiotic pharmacology knowledge in clinical treatment and give full play to the role of antibiotics in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.Methods:By exploring the incorrect application of antibiotics in clinical treatment,specific solutions to these problems were put forward.Results:The circulation of antibiotics in the market was controlled according to the grading management system of antibiotics,and the utilization rate and intensity of antibiotics were ensured within the prescribed value.Conclusion:In order to avoid drug-induced diseases caused by abuse of antibiotics,we should strengthen management and control the use of antibiotics reasonably.
