摘　　要：“生物技术综合实验”是将生物技术专业核心课程基因工程、分子生物学、生物化学等理论知识综合应用于实践的一门技术实验课,它对于培养学生的动手能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力、创新能力以及综合分析能力都具有十分重要的作用。这门重要课程需要一套多元化的考核体系,才能更全面准确地评价教师的教学效果和学生的学习效果。Biological Technique Integration Experiment is a required course of biotechnology major that put the courses of Gene Engineering,Molecular Biology and Biochemistry into practice.This course plays a vital part in student's ability to manipulate,analyze and solve problems.Therefore,a diversified evaluation system is needed for this course to assess the teaching effect and learning effect.A set of diversified evaluation system of this course is constructed through exploration and practice of many years,which includes usual performance(preview before class accounting for 10%,operation examination accounting for 20%,experiment report accounting for 20%)and final grade(experiment design and operation accounting for 30%,and result report accounting for 20%).
