摘　　要：工科院校承担着理论和实验教学、培养学生创新能力的任务,是培养学生专业技能的重要场所。与传统教学模式相较,“教、学、研”一体的人才培育模式是一种更注重培养学生自主动手学习能力的模式。实践证明:这种人才培养模式已取得了丰富的成果。Engineering colleges and universities undertake the task of theoretical and experimental teaching and cultivating students'innovative ability.Compared with the traditional teaching model,the talent cultivation model of"teaching,learning and research"is a model that pays more attention to cultivating students'autonomous hands-on learning ability.Practice has proved that this talent training model has achieved rich results.
