摘 要:选择2018年1—12月在巴彦淖尔市医院肾内科临床实习的大五本科临床医学专业62名学生作为研究对象。分为实验组和对照组。实验组学生采用翻转课堂结合医学专业英语教学法进行教学;对照组学生采用传统教学法进行教学。结果表明,实验组学生出科考试成绩及肾内科专业英语考试成绩均高于对照组,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。可见,翻转课堂结合医学专业英语教学在肾内科临床教学中可行性强,不仅可以显著提高学生专业理论水平,而且有助于强化医学专业英语的学习。Objective:To explore the application of flipped classroom combined with medical English in clinical teaching in Nephrology Department.Methods:62 undergraduate internship students majoring in clinical medicine were selected as research objects.The experimental group adopted flipped classroom combined with medical English teaching methods.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods.Results:The test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flipped classroom combined with medical English teaching has a strong feasibility in clinical teaching in Nephrology Department,which can not only significantly improve students'professional theoretical level,but also help strengthen the study of medical professional English.
