摘　　要：在国际贸易保护主义盛行的新形势下,城市合作是扩大双边多边投资、贸易、技术、文化交流合作的重要平台。以城镇化为载体推动"一带一路"沿线城市间合作符合世界各国经济社会发展趋势,具有参与主体多、面临阻力小的特征。因此,从城市区域协调发展、绿色低碳城市建设、城市文化和包容性等角度对国内外城市合作模式进行了研究和探讨,并对未来城市合作提出了建议。Under the prevailing new situation of international trade protectionism, urban cooperation is an important platform for expanding bilateral and multilateral investment, trade, technology, cultural exchanges and cooperation. Promoting cooperation among the countries along the Belt and Road with urbanization as an important tool is consistent with the economic and social development trends of all countries in the world. Moreover, the process involves many participants and faces little resistance. Therefore, this paper studies the domestic and international urban cooperation models, discusses the coordinated development of urban areas, the construction of green and low-carbon cities, culture and inclusiveness, and makes recommendations for future urban cooperation.
