Healthy and safety streets can promote children’s walking, it’s vital for children to be sound in body and mind. In order to provide reference with the future construction of the walking way to school, we construct the evaluation indexes from the perspective of children’s behavior characteristics to evaluate the healthy and safety of the existing urban streets. Taking Beijing Chuiyangliu Central Primary School as a case study, we evaluated the streets environment around the primary school with the help of machine learning technology, and then we drew portraits for every kind of streets and put forward targeted optimization strategies. It is found that the differences of street functions affect the health and safety of general pedestrian study in different dimensions. Therefore, appropriate design strategies should be put forward for different types of streets.
