摘　　要：针对当前城市更新过程中对生态空间营建"人本"缺位以及评估和营建体系不完善的问题,提出应通过"人本化"营建实现"资产化"转型。对于自然生态空间的优化从传统的"生态—景观"式被动开发转向"生态—景观—人文"式的"人本化"营建,融合"人本需求"进行整体性改良,借力"人景通感"提升延展性价值,回归"在地文化"来传承和培育新的内生动力的规划路径,更好的指引未来人居环境的建设。In the process of urban renewal,the absence of"human-oriented"construction of ecological space and the imperfect evaluation and construction system of natural assets are put forward.The optimization of natural ecological space from the traditional"ecological-landscape"passive development to"ecological-landscape-culture"type of"human-oriented"construction,integration of"human-oriented needs"for holistic improvement,through"human-landscape synesthesia"to enhance the value of extension,return to"local culture"to inherit and cultivate new endogenous power of the planning path,better guide the future construction of the living environment.
