摘　　要："一带一路"不仅是两条经贸线路,也是一个文化线路体系,具有鲜明的历史脉络。本文从梳理"文化线路"概念入手,再从这一国际视角审视"一带一路"所具有的文化线路特点,并概述其跨文化交流的历史层次——探索时期、繁荣时期、式微时期与复兴时期。"万里茶道"正是"一带一路"式微期最重要的一条代表性文化线路。"万里茶道"申遗,以及将"万里茶道"的重要节点武汉市作为"一带一路"的节点,具有时间上与空间上的双重意义。The Belt and Road stands not only for two trade routes,but also a cultural route system,with a distinct historical context.This article first briefly reviews the development of the concept of"cultural routes",and then summarizes the significance of the Belt and Road from this international perspective.It also summarizes the historical layers of cross-cultural communication:the exploration period,the prosperity period,the decline period and the revival period.The Great Tea Route is the most important representative cultural route in its decline period.The application of the Great Tea Route for the World Heritage,as well as taking its important node Wuhan as a node of"the Belt and Road",have the dual significance in history and geography.
