摘  要:重症中毒是一种危急症,中毒后脑水肿是中毒急性期脑损伤后导致患者病情加重和影响患者预后的重要因素之一。水通道蛋白4(aquaporin 4,AQP-4)是水通道蛋白家族的重要成员,在中枢神经系统中有着丰富的表达,对脑水肿的形成起重要作用。脑损伤可以引起炎性递质的分泌,造成或加重继发性脑水肿,其中肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-α)被证实与脑水肿关系最为密切,可通过调控AQP-4参与脑水肿的形成和发展。Critical poisoning is a critical illness.Cerebral edema after poisoning is one of the important factors that cause the patient's condition to worsen and affect the prognosis of patients after acute brain injury.Aquaporin 4(AQP-4)is an important member of the aquaporin family and is abundantly expressed in the central nervous system,playing a pivotal role in the formation of cerebral edema.Brain injury can cause the secretion of inflammatory transmitters,causing or aggravating cerebral edema.Tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)has been confirmed to be most closely related to cerebral edema,and can participate in the formation and development of brain edema by regulating AQP-4.
