摘 要:考虑到现代电网中风能的广泛集成,为应对分布式风电的随机、间歇、波动和难以控制的特点,提出一种基于模型预测技术的主动配电网多源协同优化控制策略。首先,基于支持向量机智能算法,对比选择固定步长预测方案,并结合误差校正环节,构造分布式风电的短期风速-功率预测模型,然后将预测模型的输出作为多源优化模型的输入求解优化控制策略,精细化协调控制分布式风电的出力及储能系统的输出,以期实现主动配电网电压波动性最小化,提高电力系统运行的安全性和稳定性。仿真结果表明:所提出的基于模型预测的多源优化控制策略能够及时地响应输入变量的改变,预测并跟踪风力出力波动,快速地采取调整措施平滑地实现了配电网电压调节,提高主动配电网的主动性、鲁棒性。Considering the extensive integration of wind energy in modern power grids,in order to cope with the characteristics of random,intermittent,fluctuating and difficult to control of distributed wind power,a multisource collaborative optimal control strategy for active distribution networks based on model prediction technology is proposed.First,based on the intelligent algorithm of support vector machines,a fixed step forecasting scheme is selected and compared,and a short-term wind speed-power forecasting model for distributed wind power is constructed in combination with the error correction link.The output of the prediction model is taken as input of multi-source optimization model to solve the optimal control strategy.Then,the outputs of distributed wind power and energy storage system are elaborately coordinated and controlled in order to achieve the minimum active power voltage fluctuation,and to improve the safety and stability of power system operation.The simulation results show that the proposed multi-source optimal control strategy based on model prediction can respond to changes in input variables in time,predict and track wind power output fluctuations,and quickly take adjustment measures to smoothly realize the voltage regulation of the distribution network and improve active distribution network initiative and robustness.
