摘 要:本文实验研究了不同热流密度对板式蒸发器环路热管系统运行特性的影响,同时研究了充灌率对蒸发器上盖板温度及系统热阻的影响。结果表明:此板式蒸发器环路热管系统在0.2~1 W/cm^2热流密度范围内均可稳定运行,蒸发器整体温度随着热流密度的增加而升高,热阻随热流密度的增加而降低;实验条件下,充灌率为55%时,系统蒸发器上盖板温度及热阻达到最低值,此时系统的传热能力达到最强,系统的最优充灌率为55%。In this paper,the effects of different heat fluxes on the operating characteristics of the plate evaporator loop heat pipe system are studied experimentally.The effects of the filling ratio on the evaporator cover temperature and system thermal resistance are also studied.The results show that the plate evaporator loop heat pipe system can operate stably in the range of 0.2~1 W/cm^2 heat flux.The overall temperature of the evaporator increases with the increase of heat flux,and the thermal resistance increases with the heat flux.Under the experimental conditions,when the filling ratio is 55%,the temperature and thermal resistance of the upper cover of the system evaporator reach the lowest value.At this time,the heat transfer capacity of the system reaches the strongest,and the optimal filling ratio of the system is 55%.
