摘 要:SF6气体因介电强度高、灭弧能力强等特点被广泛应用于中压气体绝缘环网柜中。然而SF6气体具有高的温室效应,为减少SF6气体的使用量,采用环保混合气体来达到与SF6相近的绝缘与灭弧性能,同时满足高压电器在可靠性和小型化等方面的要求是一项非常重要的研究内容。文中采用压气式负荷开关搭建开断实验平台,按照GB/T 3804—2017标准中有功负载开断要求对混合比例20%C4F7N+80%CO2、12%C4F7N+8%O2+80%CO2的混合气体和不同分闸速度的情况在实验平台上进行了开断实验,根据实验结果对这两种混合气体的开断性能进行了分析。开断实验后,发现电弧在C4F7N/CO2混合气体中燃烧产生了黑色固体分解物,并用X射线衍射(X⁃ray diffraction)方法对分解物进行了检测和分析,验证了其成分和导电性。SF6 gas is widely used in medium voltage gas insulated ring net cabinets due to its high dielectric strength and strong arc extinguishing capacity.However,SF6 gas has a high greenhouse effect.In order to reduce the use of SF6 gas,it is a very important research content to adopt environmentally friendly mixed gas to achieve the similar in⁃sulation and arc extinguishing performance with SF6,while meeting the requirements of high⁃voltage apparatus in terms of reliability and miniaturization.In this paper,the compressed⁃air load switch is used to set up a breaking ex⁃periment platform.According to the requirements of GB/T 3804—2017 standard for active load breaking,the break⁃ing experiments are carried out on the experimental platform for the mixed gas of 20%C4F7N+80%CO2,12%C4F7N+8%O2+80%CO2 and different opening speeds.The breaking performances of the two mixed gases are analyzed based on the experimental results.After the breaking experiment,it is found that the black solid decomposition products are produced by the arc combustion in the C4F7N/CO2 gas mixture.The decomposition products are detected and ana⁃lyzed by X⁃ray diffraction method,and their composition and conductivity are verified.
