摘　　要：断路器配置合闸电阻是降低线路合闸过电压的有效措施。介绍了800 kV断路器的结构特点,合闸电阻开关与合闸电阻并联后与两个主灭弧单元串联。800 kV断路器合闸电阻开关合闸过程中传动机构采用变长度连杆设计,实现了合闸电阻开关合闸时先慢后快的运动特性,保证了合闸电阻8~12 ms的可靠投入。800 kV断路器合闸电阻开关动触头采用弹簧振子设计,实现了合闸电阻开关分闸时后分的运动特性,保证了灭弧功能由主灭弧单元完成。800 kV断路器合闸电阻额定热容量为39.7 MJ,针对操作顺序C(1.3E)-3 min⁃C(1.3E)-30 min⁃C(1.3E)-3 min⁃C(1.3E),安全系数为1.51倍;针对操作顺序C(2E)-30 min⁃C(2E),安全系数为1.27倍。对800 kV断路器反相合闸及雷电冲击耐受电压下的电场分布进行了数值仿真,计算结果表明其绝缘性能满足要求。有关断路器合闸电阻的标准应完善。The circuit breaker equipped with closing resistance is an effective measure to reduce the switching over⁃voltage.This paper introduces the structural characteristics of 800 kV tank circuit breaker.The closing resistance switch is connected in parallel with the closing resistance,which is connected in series with two main arc extinguish⁃ing units.The movement principle of closing resistance switch is designed with variable length arm,which achieves the movement characteristic of slow first and then fast during closing operation process,and ensures 8~12 ms insert time of closing resistance.The moving contact of the closing resistance switch is designed with spring oscillator,which realizes it opens later than the main arc extinguishing units,and ensures the arc extinguishing function is com⁃pleted by the main arc extinguishing unit.The rated thermal capacity of closing resistance of 800 kV circuit breaker is 39.7 MJ.For operation sequence C(1.3E)—3 min⁃C(1.3E)—30 min⁃C(1.3E)—3 min⁃C(1.3E),its safety factor is 1.51 times;for operation sequence C(2E)—30 min⁃C(2E),its safety factor is 1.27 times.The electric field distribu⁃tion under out⁃of⁃phase and LIWV is simulated,and results show that its insulation performance meets the require⁃ments.The standards for closing resistance of circuit breaker should be improved.
