摘 要:通过对第一炼钢厂精炼车间LF精炼炉实际冶炼情况进行调查,分析查找影响LF精炼炉冶炼时间的因素,再对查找到的所有因素进行逐一分析,找出其影响冶炼时间的限制性环节,并根据现场具体情况提出合理有效的解决方案。跟踪调查实施效果并对方案作出合理化调整,以达到缩短冶炼时间的目的。方案实施后,精炼炉每炉钢水平均的处理时间由原来的39 min降低至目标值37 min以下。Investigation of the actual smelting situation of the LF smelting process in the refining workshop of Steel-making Plant 1#was carried out to analyze and find out the factors influencing the LF smelting time.The factors found were analyzed one by one in order to identify the restrictive links that affect the smelting time.A reasonable and effective solution was presented according to the specific situation on site.The implementation and results of the solution was tracked,and rational adjustments was made accordingly so as to achieve the purpose of shortening the smelting time.After implementation of the solution,the average refining time of LF per heat is reduced from 39 min to less than 37 min.
