摘 要:钢板板型镰刀弯影响成品剪切尺寸合格率和产品质量,为了降低尺寸非计划,提高合同交付水平,本文以中板厂2690 mm四辊可逆轧机和坯料为研究对象,针对厚度小于16 mm热轧板形镰刀弯问题,根据现场跟踪与建模计算分析不同控制影响因素对轧机板形的影响,并通过及时管理与加入自动倾斜纠偏模型,使板形得到相应改善,板形镰刀弯造成的宽度尺寸非计划由0.09%下降至0.06%,成材率得到提高。The sickle bending of plates affects the qualified rate of finished product in terms of sheared size and product quality.In order to reduce the unplanned size and improve the contract delivery level,this paper takes the 2,690 mm Four High Reversing Mill and the slabs of Medium Plate Mill as the research objects,targeting at the problem of sickle bending of hot-rolled plates with thickness under 16 mm,the influences of different control factors on the plate shape were analyzed according to on-site tracking and modeling calculations.The plate shape was improved accordingly by timely management and implementation of automatic tilt correction model.The unplanned product ratio caused by the sickle bending was reduced from 0.09%to 0.06%,and the yield has been increased as well.
